I am a graduate of the Purdue School of Veterinary Medicine and have been practicing in small animal medicine in the Indianapolis area for over 15 years. I have recently completed a behavior practice sabbatical and the Dogs and Cats course under Andrew Luescher at Purdue ‘s Animal Behavior Clinic.

I have always had a passion for animals and the outdoors. I currently share my home with 3 flat-coated retrievers and 2 trakhner horses. I am an active participant in dog sports including conformation, hunt tests and obedience. I have shown horses since grade school  in the hunter jumper world  and we will make our debut in the dressage arena in 2008.

Vet Pet Counseling

                Helping you help your pet

Dr. Shannon Kiley

Let me start by saying that I simply can not imagine life without pets. I have always enjoyed watching animals interact with people, other animals, and their environment. Nothing delights me   more than sharing stories with other pet lovers. I understand the importance of our relationship with pets and hope to combine my skills as a veterinarian and my continuing education in the area of animal behavior to help people understand their dogs and strengthen the human-animal bond.
